An unprecedented collaboration between the Department of Health of Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Health BEOC to join efforts towards four main objectives:

to create an Advisory Board that will serve as advisors of the Office of Public Health, Preparedness and Response of the Department of Health of Puerto Rico (“Biosecurity”)

About Us
Our main goals are to:

Facilitate coordination between the private and public sector to improve preparedness, response and recovery, before, during and after any threat or emergency in order to achieve a swift return of the business environment to normal operations.

Enable two-way communications between the private sector and the public sector to facilitate timely and better informed decisions, as well as to identify key priorities during an emergency situation.

Enable portfolio of available resources to manage preparedness, response and recovery phases associated to any kind of emergency.

Enhance critical infrastructure resiliency, by minimizing adverse consequence through planning and mitigation efforts, as well as improving our collective response to events and recovery of critical services.
